Grimmand Honninscrave was one of the giants of The Search and the brother of Cable Seadreamer. After the death of his brother in the events of "The One Tree" and Covenant's subsequent refusal to use wild magic to cremate Seadreamer, Honninscrave becomes very withdrawn and reclusive.
Ultimately Honninscrave meets his end by trapping Samadhi Sheol within his body after the Raver attempted to possess him in Revelstone and then allowing the sandgorgon Nom to kill him, and in the process rend Sheol's soul. By this act of selflessness, Samadhi Sheol was effectively slain.
